Purchase Contract.

Where Seller neglects to transport items on concurred date of shipment or items can't be dispatched on agreed date because of an event of force majeure, and Parties overlook to grant to performance of their agreement/ contract, the price will be recovered.

Buyer will acknowledge delivery of items as per Purchase Contract at the address, and in the way, as agreed upon with Seller. Buyer will by and by sign the receipt of items, or request that others do as such on his/her benefit, or teach transporter to put items at the specified point. If the recipient endows someone else to sign the receipt of items or instructs the transporter to put the items at an assigned place, the Buyer will be considered to have marked the receipt of items without help from anyone else and the threat of loss of the items will be carried by Buyer. If Buyer declares that it has not signed receipt of items without help from anyone else, Seller will expect the burden of confirmation to prove them otherwise and if the Seller can set up the equivalent with notable evidence, the risk of loss of the items will be borne by Buyer

The Buyer will guarantee that the delivery information given to the Seller is valid, precise, and legitimate. If any delivery information should be changed, approval will be given by the Seller. If the items are received by others, lost, or damaged by mistakes or omissions in the delivery information given by the Buyer, the Buyer will bear the losses.
